Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. We also accept Paypal payment please follow the instructions at checkout to pay via your account to ours. | Shipping And Handling Products under 2.5kg will be shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery, heavier items are sent by courier. Either way a signature will be required on delivery, if you are unavailable a card will be left at the delivery address. Please use this to rearrange or collect your package. |
| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3-5 business days. This may change depending on stocks. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

Returns Policy If you need to return an item for any reason please contact us first. Once we have determined the reason for your return we will issue the appropriate returns reference. Please do not send any items back without a returns reference. They may not be accepted.
